Background Verification Executive, full time,
- Need to attend office physically
- Experience: 0-2 years
We Want A Background Verification Executive for Service Providing Company. Our purpose is to:
- KYC Documentation Collection, Validation, Verification, Analysis, and Processing
- Keeping Electronic Client Records Up To Date With KYC Documentation
- Manage inbound and outgoing calls for verification of employment, education, references, and licensing.
- Maintain accurate call records for all calls handled. Ascertain that all verifications are followed up on in a timely way.
- Data assessment and quality assurance of information acquired for verification.
- Communicate with all parties involved in acquiring verification information in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly objectives are accomplished.
The ideal applicant will have at least one year of experience working in a high-volume call center and possess the following qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Bangla.
- Examining documents that are being collected for the purpose of establishing identity and verifying addresses
- Must be able to check documents and match signatures.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
- Goal-oriented and detail-oriented
- Able to work autonomously
- Multi-tasking and day-to-day management skills
- Team members that are driven and can work effectively with others
- Knowledge of how to use the internet to get business information
- Equivalent to a high school diploma
